IS ayurveda against medicine and doctors?

No. After an Ayurvedic regimen, you may be able to reduce and/or come off of certain drugs/medications when your physician and you notice improvement in your health. Please note BRIDGET does not alter NOR advise stopping the use of any medications. That is not the scope of Ayurveda.
